A top performer from the game was David Delgado. He had 66 yards, a receiving touchdown, three tackles and a tackle for loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery for a touchdown. David said, “I felt like we needed to bounce back after a tough loss against Escalon.” Delgado said, “I felt like we brought it to them and they had no chance of scoring.” The all-district db said, “I feel like the team played good but not great and defensively we only allowed them to get about 20 yards.”

Another outstanding player from last week’s game against Livingston was Dominic Aguilar. As Dominic had a good defense, causing pressure, getting tackles and even blocking a punt. As Dominic described blocking the punt he said” It felt amazing blocking that punt, it’s something that doesn’t happen often and getting that block felt surreal.” He also described how he felt he performed by saying “i felt like i did pretty good on the game, i was able to read and get by the blocks and be able to get tackles in the back field” Dominic also said “We are always ready for playoffs, we have high expectations this year but i know that we can get another section championship especially with this team.”
