The Los Angeles Rams played the Detroit Lions in the wildcard round and lost 23-24. The Rams had 425 yards to the Lions’ 334 yards. With some controversial plays the game was still close and competitive. QB Matthew Stafford had a great game with 367 yards and 2 touchdowns. Puka Nacua also broke the rookie receiving record in a playoff game with 181 yards and he also had a touchdown. With the Rams’ season over, the future looks bright for them as they had a great draft class and are looking to improve next season.
This week the San Francisco 49ers did not play a game as they are currently the number one seed in the NFC. Although they did not play last week they will play the winner of the Packers and Cowboys game. They will now host Greenbay in the divisional round this Saturday.
