Congratulations to Yuliana Rocha for being HHS’s athlete of the week! Yuliana is a Senior on the girls Varsity basketball team. Yuliana has been a part of Hughson’s basketball program since Freshman year. She’s a great athlete and a star player for the girls basketball game. One of the top performers on the team is Yuliana and she cannot get enough of those 3-pointers.
Yuliana is ranked in the top 79 in Sac-Joaquin Section for 1 stat, top 20 in Division 4 for 1 stat, and top 5 in Trans Valley League for 1 stat.
Friend and teammate, Mia Ruiz states “Yuliana should be athlete of the week because she demonstrated great leadership and she has a great personality”. Yuliana, Hughson High has loved seeing you grow and can’t wait to see how you end your senior year.
