Thursday, January 25th our varsity girls basketball team went up against Livingston, coming out on top with another win. Some of our players wanted to give a rundown on how the game went and what it took to gain that win. First off is Jasmine Richardson, who said, “In my opinion the game went really well. I actually saw one of my best friends make her first three-pointer of the season, that was the first time everyone really came together and cheered. Overall it was definitely one of our better games.” 

Next up is Savannah Fuller, Savannah stated that, “i thought that our game was pretty good, we had good offense and defense. Our rebounding was not too good starting off, but it did get a lot better as we progressed…I also made my first three pointer on varsity so I was pretty excited that night.” 

Last but not least, Payton Avila, who stated that in her opinion the game overall was pretty good and defense was doing a really good job and ¨even though in the beginning our offense wasn’t doing well we came back and redeemed ourselves in the end.
