If a Bomb had ever threatened us what would we do? What would you do if you only had 24 hours left? Most people would have left town, some would have stayed, but what would you do? If we only had 24 hours to live due to some radioactive explosion similar to the Chernobyl disaster a lot of people would move out of town quickly while some others don’t take it seriously and would sadly be killed or stuck inside their homes for who knows how long the toxic gas will last. You would either have to find a gas mask or make a gas mask to go and get resources like food and water, personally I would use plastic since gas can go through fabric like socks and shirts. It would be more difficult if you had no running water since using the bathroom or cleaning laundry could be difficult. There is a chance of no electricity so we would have to hand-wash clothes, hand-wash dishes, no charging electronics, etc. People with solar power don’t worry as much but you never know if somebody will take them.

If you do go outside make sure all your skin is covered so you don’t get any radioactive burns, people who would experience high doses of xenon gas would most likely suffer from damaged blood cells, diseases, hair loss, cancer, and damage to the skin. People would be crowded at the doctor’s office for cures or antibiotics but most doctors would have already fled to another town to get away from the gas. Xenon gas would have caused cars to malfunction and not turn on but i think the farther away from the Xenon gas explosion the better chance you have to survive. People wouldn’t be able to do a lot since we only have 24 hours to live due to the xenon gas being extremely dangerous and people would live for a long time.
