A few months ago in March, students from HHS got the opportunity to choose who they wanted to represent for their Associated Student Body Class. Savannah Fuller, a junior at Hughson High School, got voted in as the ASB Spirit Commissioner.
When discussing what inspired Fuller to be a part of Hughson’s student leadership, she stated, “My friend she said we needed more people in there and I joined to help out and now I am a spirit commissioner my junior year.”
When regarding pros and cons to being the ASB Spirit Commissioner, Fuller said, “Pros is that you get to plan out the stuff like the themes for dances and like prom you get to set up. The cons would just be that you are getting out of class so you are missing information that you would need to know.”
When talking about activities and projects that Fuller is currently working on to represent her class, she commented, “The project that we are working on right now is prom. We are figuring out the venue, the food, and the themes.”
When discussing things that are going to happen this year, Fuller stated, “Later in the year we are having the blood drive where people can go donate their blood and then we are also having the water rally which is pretty fun in which you get to pick your groups and do these fun water activities.”
