Tuesday, the 30th of January, our girls varsity basketball team went up against Hilmar, once again, coming out on top. Some of the girls who made this win possible had some things to say about how the game went in their eyes. First is number twenty-four, Savannah Fuller, and she stated, “Hilmar was actually a pretty good game. We had good energy, really good defense, and we moved the ball around and worked around the zone which was kinda hard for us to do since we don’t like to work the ball around the three point line but this game we did.” 

Next is number twenty-two Jasmin Richardson who said, “I wouldn’t say this is one of my favorite games that I have played but it wasn’t terrible either, and in the end we did come out on top so a win is a win.” 

Last but definitely not least, number fifteen Peyton Avila stated, “I liked playing this game. It was pretty fun and our defense was doing a great job as well. The only thing I would say we need  to work on is a bit of our offense and more communication but other than that the game was good, and we ended up winning so that made it better.” 

In conclusion, congrats on another win ladies, keep up the good work.
