Our own lady Huskies faced off against Union Mine High School on Tuesday 2/13 at 7pm in the Hughson High School Gymnasium. The game was close in the first two quarters but our lady huskies had prevailed as the winners. The coach of our Lady Huskies, Tim May and assistant coach, Lee Durron, had spent weeks preparing and training these girls to their victory. Further news is to come about where our girls will end up at the end of this year’s CIF San Joaquin Playoffs. Madison Durron and Kareena Kang, the lady huskies team captains, have put in a numerous amount of time as well as the rest of the team. 

Comy by and support our lady Huskies at Riverbank this Thursday 2/15 at 7pm. These next games will bring our girls closer and closer to victory in the CIF San Joaquin Playoffs. When attending any type of competitive game, whether the stakes are high, it is important to keep sportsmanship and good manners to officials, athletes and other bystanders watching.
