Many people live by quotes because it can inspire them and uplift them during hard times and challenging times. They can provide motivation, positivity, and encouragement. It helps people stay focused on their goals and give them self-belief but gives them something to look forward to and something to live by.

Matt Earle’s quote was ¨If someone sees you in a fight with a bear who should they help?¨. He adds on to say this is a quote he lives by because “It teaches you to be strong in hard times and be heavy minded in life because things might go one way or another but having strong mind can make it easier to get through it.¨
