He is the starting defensive back and back up wide receiver. He is a very quick athlete and uses track as an outlet to get faster and build relationships with his fellow teammates. He said, “I like track because it helps build strength, explosiveness, speed, and stamina. I usually do the 100 m dash to boost my speed, I used the 200 m dash to boost stamina, and I do the 4×1 relay for fun. I also recommend track and field to any athlete if you want to boost your stamina speed and endurance. The Track coaches are very good at making sure that you run with good form and to minimize the risks of injuries, personally I believe that Coach Wolfley Is a great addition to the coaches roster. He came from football and he has really made the track program a lot better and a lot more educational within it.”
He also said, “I think track is a really good and welcoming community especially if you’re new to sports, and because how much variety track and field has it’s been really decide what you want to get into if you’re long distance or short distance or if you Enjoy the powerlifting side of it and want to pursue something more physical like football or basketball.”
Overall, he believes that track and field is one of the best sports for everyone to begin their athletic careers.
