Today in the weekly outlook: two student’s opinions on friendship and how they value it. Friendships can be hard sometimes. There are friends that are with you no matter what and there are friends that say they are gonna be there for you but disappear when you need them. Friendship is what a lot of people value because it brings joy and happiness but also gives a sense of belonging to people’s lives.
Sophia Sanchez had this to say about friendship, “Friendship is something I value because having someone who is there for you no matter what is something I value. But having a friend that always involves you in things even when they know it is a no is someone I don’t want to lose. They always make sure I’m doing good no matter what. And they always cheer me up when I’m sad and always cheer me on when I get something or accomplish something.”
Matt Earle had to express, “The one thing I value is friendship, that is something I am very grateful for. I respect my friends and the times we hangout. I enjoy all the moments together and all the things we do.”
