Jeremie Jourdan is a very new and additional student to Hughson High School’s track program, and overall has been greatly performing even though he is just now starting. His PR’s for track and Fields 100 m Dash is 12.33 seconds, his record for the 200 m Dash is 25.32 seconds, and his PR for the 4 x 1 is 47.52 seconds.
He made it very clear that he does very much enjoy track and the coaches in it; giving a special shout out to coach Wolfley, the speed coach, saying he did a very good job teaching and training everybody that does the running events and that he has helped everybody improve greatly since the start of the season.
He also made it very apparent that he thinks track is a very good sport for athletes but recommends that you do another sport before getting to track just to get some basic fundamentals of what’s expected from track, as there’s a lot to do and there’s a lot of expectations that you have to uphold while playing track and field.
Overall, Jeremie Jourdan has been a very crucial part of our track program at HHS, and we are excited to see how he can develop going into the next year.
