As we know this last week was kindness week at Hughson High School. Change network games, dress up days, posters and activities all throughout the week. Many of our students participated in the dress up days to show their support. But aside from the fun and games, what is kindness week really about ? It is about going out of your way to do something kind for a friend or stranger. So we asked Hughson students what they did throughout the week to fulfill this. We learned that many students were being extra kind and nice to staff members and each other. Some students wrote sticky notes in the bathrooms with cute and kind phrases for fellow students to look at. This is a great way to show kindness to one another and just make someone’s day.
Question of the Week: What Acts of Kindness Have You Been Given or Received?
