The priests start explaining to me why they summoned me and why it’s important to have me. They explained to me that their world is under threat by an abomination called a Demon King and his name is Asterix. They told me that he commands a Demon army and he is intending to kill all of mankind, including other races. I asked, “what could I do against this?” They told me that I have a special kind of magic when he came here and that I had more mana capacity than normal.

I asked them why they were at war. They said it’s because of something that another kingdom did 20 years ago, they tried to control the Demon King using a powerful magic orb that can take control of anything it wanted but it didn’t work on the Demon king and because of that orb, he turned into a monster. And believe it or not, we used to live in peace with the Demon King for a century but because of what happened, that change, 10 years ago, The Seven Heroes who were supposed to be the saviors of humanity, failed against this monstrosity and only one hero survived; later becoming the Kingdom of Indraxia. His name is Orthax the Sorcerer King. He now leads the Kingdom of Indraxia. 

5 years after they failed, Orthax had a plan and that was to summon warriors or heroes from different dimensions but it required a vast amount of his mana. It worked but the process was time consuming because there were multiple dimensions and multiple individuals for the priests to watch and to pick the right person for the job. “That’s why you are here John. It took us five years to find you, you were meant to save us.” I was hesitant at first because I didn’t know what to do and I was inexperienced in using magic. I told the priests “I don’t know how to use magic.” They said “Don’t worry, we’ll teach you how to use magic. But, first I have to take you to see the king.” I was quite nervous and because i’m in a different world I didn’t know how to act. He took me to see the king and I hope i’m ready for this.
