I dressed for the occasion as I was on my way to dinner, I spotted some civilians crowding over some place and as I was pushing my way through, I saw an elvish girl in rags who was getting kicked by a civilian who was angry at the girl for stealing bread. I step in telling the person to “Stop now, she is just hungry!” He says “What do you want some too?” I push him away effortlessly and knock him out in one punch. I realize the girl is seriously injured and I rush her to Daniel and get his help to heal the girl with holy magic because I can’t perfect holy magic yet.
I entered the royal palace and asked Daniel for help and he asked, “Who is this girl?” I said, “I’ll explain later, just please heal this girl.” We bring her to the infirmary and place her on the bed and Daniel begins to heal her. Daniel heals her and I stayed with her until she felt better. She also reminded me of myself when I was little when I was left all alone after my parents died. She woke up an hour later and she was riddled with fear and I reassure her she is fine and that she is okay. She asks, “Where am I?” I said, “You’re at the royal palace.”
She was shocked and embarrassed by the way she is dressed and I told her it’s fine. “We’ll find you some clothes but just take it easy right now.” She asks me why I saved her. I simply told her it was the right thing to do. She gave me a hug and was grateful to me for saving her. I said “it’s no problem, just be careful okay. Are you hungry? I was just about to eat dinner with the King. I’ll bring you some food.” The king was in the next room and I told him what happened. “I asked why there are elven slaves.” He said, “It was because of Asterix before the king sealed him years ago. The Elven cities and villages were completely destroyed and some of the elves survived. They were caught later on and sold as slaves. It was disgusting and I couldn’t do anything to stop it. I’ll get the girl some clothes and you can bring her some food.” After I ate dinner, I brought her some clothes and dinner to eat. After she was done eating, I asked her what her name was. She said her name was Ingrid.
