The Hughson Huskies played the Hilmar Yellow Jackets and remained undefeated throughout the TVL. With that the Huskies are going into the playoffs stronger than ever.
Through the air, the receiving core and quarterback, Robert McDaniel, were able to put up 303 passing yards and three touchdowns. Bryce McDaniel (107 yards 2 touchdowns), Lawson Aviles (69 yards), Malakai Sumter (46 yards), Max Mankins (30 yards), Lincoln Sousa (15 yards 1 touchdown), Jamesson Davis (18 yards), and Valente Soria (18 yards).
On the ground the Huskies were able to put up 181 yards and three touchdowns as well. Junior Eli Wilbanks had 90 yards and one touchdown while Colt Foss had 59 yards and two touchdowns. Robert McDaniel (13), Malakai Sumter (9 yards), Cesar Ramos (5 yards), Lincoln Sousa (4), Lawson Aviles (1 yard). In total the Huskies were able to put up 484 total yards and six touchdowns.
This week the Hughson Huskies played against Hilmar High School. The Hughson’s deference came out flat at first letting the yellow jackets score on there first drive. Realizing how bad that looked they soon brought it together only letting them have 24 points on the board at the end of the game. Throughout the game Hughson’s Defense made two interceptions one being with Daniel Sotelo and the other one being with Sebastian Ocegueda. With all that being said, Colt Foss had an amazing 12 tackles, Caesar Ramos with four tackles and Malaki Stumter with four total tackles.
Hughson once again dominated another team and remains undefeated.
