This week in the playoffs, the number 1 seat, the Hughson Huskies, played the El Dorado Cougars.
Through the air, the Huskies receiving core was able to put up a total of 172 yards and 2 touchdowns. Going out specifically to Lawson Aviles (69 yards 1 touchdown), Malakai Sumter (67 yards 1 touchdown), Max Mankins (13 yards), Bryce McDaniel (14 yards), Valente Soria (9 yards). Helping the receiver do this was the quarterback, Robert McDaniel.
On the ground, the Huskies were able to put up 213 yards. From the running back core there were Eli Wilbanks (130 yards 2 touchdowns), Isaac Garcia (33 yards), Cole Prouty (14 yards), and Issac Romero (12 yards). From the receiving core they were also able to rush Bryce McDaniel (12 yards) and Lawson Aviles (5 yards). Along with this, the quarterbacks Robert McDaniel and Brandon Switzer were also able to rush for a combined 8 total yards.
This week, the Huskies defense faced the El Dorado Cougars. Hughson came out fired up, not letting them score until the end of the second quarter and never letting them score again. Valente Soria had a total of 8 tackles, Colton Taylor with a total of 5 tackles and Max Mankins with 4 total tackles. With all that being said, the Hughson Huskies are still undefeated and continue to dominate everybody that they have gone against so far.
