For this weeks Junior Justice we have interviewed Oscar Barron, Matthew Johnson, and Pricilla Ruiz.
Oscar Barron is a 16 year old Junior that goes to Hughson High school. His favorite song is “ss” by Ken Karson and his favorite movie is “Back to the Future 2”. His favorite food to enjoy is tacos. He has been going to Hughson Schools since kindergarten. He is not in any sports or clubs because he enjoys his time off. He wants to be an auto mechanic because he thinks that being a mechanic is really cool. He sees himself 10 years from now cruising on the highway with his truck he calls his baby. Advice Oscar has for incoming students is to have a good friend group because that is gonna be the people you surround yourself with for the next 4 years. Carolyn Jones, Cardio Aerobics is his favorite class; She is also the teacher that has helped him out throughout the time he has spent here in Hughson High School. His favorite memory is when he tripped when the wet grass had frozen over causing it to be very slippery. His favorite grade was first semester freshman year because of the new experience of finally being a high schooler.
Matthew is a Junior here at Hughson High school and he is 16 years old. His favorite food is Dust Bunnies, and his favorite Movie is “Sound Investment”. He does not play any sports, along with that he is not involved in any clubs or extracurricular activities. Matthew has been going to Hughson schools all his life. He wants to make pants and clothing items as his career. He sees himself 10 years from now having his career in the clothing industry. Advice he has from incoming students is to study hard in school. Matthews favorite class is Broadcasting with Jillian Jimenez. The teacher that has helped him through his high school experience is Carolyn Jones. His favorite memory from high school so far is dressing up for Halloween as a gorilla his junior year.
Pricilla Ruiz is a 16 year old Junior in Hughson High School. Her favorite song is Let’s Go Cruisin To The Park by Aaron Frazer, Favorite movie is Smile, and favorite food is pizza. Pricilla has gone to Hughson Schools since preschool; She’s not in any sports or clubs. Pricilla wants to be a travel nurse and do makeup on the side. In 10 years she sees herself doing cosmetology on celebrities and traveling. Pricillas’ advice for incoming students is to not lack, lacking will be the main key of why you don’t make it. Her favorite class would be Digital Photo with Jack Bland. Pricilla would say that Jack Bland helped her out the most through her high school experience. Her favorite memory would be her freshman year when her and her friends were goofing around together. Pricilla states that her favorite grade throughout all her school years is Freshman year.
