This book is the first and only book currently out of this trilogy. It’s a fantasy that has a tiny bit of romance and vampires! It’s about this girl named Kidan who hasn’t had an easy life, her sister named June ran away when she was little and that never sat right with her.  She knew vampires existed and that June was haunted by the existence of them so she’s spent most of her life looking for her sister while she’s being raised by her aunt. Then someone came to her door to tell her that her parents passed away and the house was left to her, but she never knew her parents. She goes to the house and meets the vampire in charge of it named Sagad Susenyos and she was told in the past that he’s the one that has June. 

At first I only got this book because I thought the sprayed edges were pretty and that it was about vampires so it was a must and I ended up really liking it! It was pretty slow at first but it picked up throughout the book. It was just slow and boring because she was just doing dumb things to look for June and that’s absolutely all she cared about and I thought it was a little dumb. However, as it went on it moved into a better story and not just focused around that so I really enjoyed it and i’m waiting for the second one to come out!
