On the sports insider we will cover the Girls Varsity Soccer team.  They have been having a tough season this year with a 0-8 record in league. The girls have fought hard through every game but have come up short. They are playing Sonora hoping to come on top in this game. The last game the score was 5-0 with a loss for Hughson. The girls have been putting in more work, increasing and improving every practice and every game. They have been moving the ball more and seeing each other through the field better. They are hoping they can come together as a team and beat Sonora to add a Win to their name. The girls will be playing Sonora on their home field. So they better bring it and show Sonora what they got.

Sophia Sanchez said, “Our season has been a bit rocky but overall I think our teamwork has been up as well as trying to do our best. Today for the game I am hoping we can compose ourselves and try our hardest to score some goals.”

Kassandra Torres said, “We have been trying our best this season to win games. I am hoping that we come on top and beat Sonora.”

Alessandra Astorga said, “We have been struggling a little but i hope we beat this team today.”
