This book is a fantasy kinda thriller book set in modern day time where zombies have become the new normal. Four best friends wanna go to a music festival, and that’s not always easy with them. Since they are Hollowing (the book’s name for zombie) they have to pack SynFlesh which is made by a scientist and its fake human skin or organs made to feed the humans who got caught in the Hollowing and now need to learn how to move on in life. So these girls get all packed up and ready to go to the music festival, which ends up not turning out the way they wanted to be… one of the girls ends up going feral! And potentially making very bad decisions that end up affecting them all.

This book wasn’t my absolute favorite but I was also in the mood for a really spooky story and this was not really scary. They had a few little spooky aspects to it and it really connected you to the characters, I did really enjoy how she wrote them. It was just a short, fun little book and in every chapter you learned something new about the Hollows and how they work and it was really interesting. Overall it was just a really fun, cute story.
