Another dual meet against Escalon and it turns out that we have won once again. As everyone did great work against them the boys Mens varsity and the Mens junior varsity have won against the Escalon side. Yet on the Womens side they have sadly lost but still put up a great fight.

During the meet many great things for the team have happened as Malakai Sumter once again takes first place in the varsity Mens 100’s. As well as Manuel Ruiz taking third. Which has been a great, since they has been doing great this entire season. 

Another highlight is in the two mile, which turned out great for Hughson. Alessandro Pimentel, Carlos Nova, and Juan Palos all take first, second, and third place. All of them hitting around only 10 minutes to complete a two mile, which is amazing progress between them all.

Another big event that we have done was in the Pole vault. This event has also been great for us because Anthony Huerta has hit a PR during his jump which allowed him to clear 12 feet and 6 inches which has earned him first place among the other competitors. But as well as him earning first place, Jacob Wetenkamp, and Abraham Perry has gained second and third place. 

All of these event turned out great as many are coming in the net meets which means more PR’s and more wins for Hughson. As track continue more people will improve in their events which will turn out great for the whole team!
