Ahoy, Huskies! This year’s homecoming dance took us on a high-seas adventure with the theme “Pirates of the Caribbean.” On Thursday night, the gym was transformed into a swashbuckling escape, complete with seascape backgrounds and pirate decorations to make you feel like you’ve stepped right into the Caribbean. 

The event finished off a week of spirited dress-up days and rallies, bringing waves of excitement across campus. Music kept the energy high throughout the night, with students dancing under colorful lights and making memories with friends. A range of attire could be spotted, with some sticking to the theme and dressing up in their best elegant or nautical attire, while others stuck to basics. 

By the end of the night, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” theme proved to be a hit, making for a memorable voyage for HHS students. As everyone left the gym, it was clear that this year’s homecoming dance had captured the adventure everyone was hoping for.
