A student at Hughson High school, Jaeda Rodriguez said, “I love to make paper snowflakes when I’m bored during the holidays. I think it’s a fun thing to do and it’s also a cute way to decorate.” People enjoy the joy and comfort when it comes to creating and decorating for festive occasions. When it comes to decorating, many don’t want to spend that much time and effort on it, and with the benefit of making your own decorations it’s easier and more efficient. Although it may seem that making the decorations yourself is more time consuming, going to the effort of going to a store to buy those decorations and reconstructing them seems a lot more time consuming. 

Combining what you love, holidays and crafting is a great way to spend time and create memories with your loved ones. It is always a fun activity to do when you’re bored or have nothing to do, it’s cheap and cost-effective, and it’s great for family bonding.
