HHS Students Consider 2023 Resolutions

Lesly Avila-Rodriguez, Staff Reporter

As we wrap up the year for 2022, Some look forward to the New Year to leave behind the past and create a fresh start. In other words, some begin to write their new year’s resolutions for 2023. With a quick recap of 2022, how did people spend 2022?

For Sol Molinero, she said, “My 2022 was good. I went to Paris with my mom and I got to meet great people”.

Lizbeth Cano expresses, 2022 has been okay this year. It has gone so fast  that I don’t remember what I did this whole year, but I think my resolution for 2022 was to have my dream body and basically glow up. I have not accomplished much, I would easily give up on working out. I would work out for a week and I would never do it again and on my “glow up” I think it is going along and I still haven’t fully accomplished it yet”.

Sol Molinero expressed that her New Year’s resolution for 2022 was to focus on herself and she did achieve that goal. As we leave the year and start off new, Sol Molinero adds on saying that for 2023, her new year’s resolutions are “to pass all my classes and to learn how to skate”. She hopes that in 2023 she can learn how to drive and pass my drivers test”

For Lizbeth Cano, her New Year’s resolution for 2023 is to find a job and make money. She hopes that in 2023 she can become more self-independent and she looks forward to starting college. Wishing everybody a Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.
