As the 2023 school year starts all of  Mr. Thompson’s drama classes are currently working on Hughson highs first play of the year ¨Robin Hood.¨

Angeles O´Donnell, who plays the lead role of Robin Hood said, ¨I really enjoy being in drama and being the lead role is definitely interesting.¨  

He also stated that, ¨drama is something that I would like to do after highschool as well.¨ 

As all the cast members continue rehearsing, Hughson High’s drama teacher Mr. Thompson continues to coach and help all the cast members remember their lines and how to say them. One of Robin Hood’s side kicks or merry men, Bailey Rose Vasquez, stated, “I’m actually really excited about playing one of the merry men, when I heard I was playing this role I was pretty interested.¨ 

According to Mr. Thompson, “drama can always be fun, you just have to be surrounded by fun people.¨  To add on to that everyone at HHS is very ecstatic to see how this production goes.
