A few months ago in March, students from HHS got the opportunity to choose who they wanted to represent for their Associated Student Body Class. Jalei Nhothsiri, a sophomore at Hughson High School, got voted in as the Sophomore Class Recorder/ Public Relations Officer.
As for what inspired Nhothsiri to be a part of Hughson’s student leadership, she commented, “the class before me all the officers they introduced us with a slideshow and I found all of the activities we did like inspiring and fun.”
As for upcoming events and things that are going to happen this year, Nhothsiri added, “the winter formal and the college fair.”
As for things that Nhothsiri does that other students might not notice at HHS, she stated, “post on the Instagram account for Class of 26’ and spread reminders and information about our school.”
As for something that Nhothsiri would like students to be informed about, she commented, “participating in dances or any events. It’s really fun you don’t want to miss out during high school. You can make good memories.”
