Spiderman No way Home was directed by Jon Watts he directed many movies including the other movies from this Spiderman universe like Homecoming, Far from home, and No way home and was released on December 17, 2021, if you haven’t watched the other Spiderman movies this might be a spoiler for you since its a continuation from the previous movies in the series.

In the previous Spiderman movie, Far from Home,  Mysterio, also known as Quentin Beck played by Jake Gyllenhaal, revealed Peter Parker’s (Tom Holland) real identity and was labeled a murderer for the new hero from another universe although that hero was not a hero but a villain that tricked civilians by producing holographs of monsters from other universes that can cause irreparable damage to the buildings around were they’ve spawned with technology he took from Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). Now onto the current movie, no way home, Peter’s identity was revealed and it’s starting to interfere with his high school life. He wants people to forget about him being Spiderman and spoke to Doctor Strange on how to reverse time and make people forget about his identity. While Doctor Strange was making the world forget about him which is a risky process, it broke the Multiverse barrier and people from other universes began to clash like doctor octopus (Alfred Maline) Goblin (William Dafoe) and Electro ( Jamie Foxx). So now Peter has to get all these villains and find a way to transport them back into their correct universe before he can continue to erase his identity from everyone’s mind. When the quantum barrier broke its wasn’t just villains it was the other Peter Parkers too that are played by Andrew Garfield and Toby McGuire (Andrew is arguably the better Spiderman between them two). So now they are all fighting and partnering up with other villains giving each other tips on how to deal with these villains they’ve fought and defeated before. It is later revealed that if they erase everyone’s memory about him it will erase everybody’s memory of every single Peter Parker in all the universes.

Each Spiderman has its own backstory and an origin story that led them into the path of becoming Spiderman. They also have different villains from scientist experiments gone wrong and aliens with a plan on destroying half of a population. And their own aunt may and MJ/Gwen. I’m not a big fan of any marvel movie but this one really stuck out to me. All of the effects and dialogue was really good and I also liked how it had some of the major villains from the earlier Spidermans in the other dimensions which were also played by the same actors from the previous movies, it made it seem like a reunion of some sort. This movie is good if you’re into marvel, superheroes or action movies but you should watch all the movies in this series and in the Marvel universe before because in marvel movies each movie created by them is a continuation of what happened in them that are often at times released in an incorrect order. If you want to know more about the villains from the other universes you should watch all of the movies starting from Andrew Garfield’s Spiderman series and then continue to Toby McGuire’s Spiderman. Which Spiderman is your favorite?
