Holidays can be really stressful and difficult to navigate. Many people focus on others, which can be beneficial, but not if you ignore your own wants and needs as well. It can be helpful to your mental health to take a minute to think of yourself for the holidays! Some simple, cheap gifts can include things you can do at home like a face mask, a pedicure, or even just a cup of tea and time to yourself. You can also spend time with people that you love or learn a new hobby! Another way to treat yourself is to splurge on a vacation or a new practical item that you’ve been needing! Creating things can be a perfect way to relieve stress and can make some great presents! If you need to take a break from the stress, there’s no shame in that. Happy Holidays!
