The excitement of high school sports isn’t just about the game on the field, it’s also about the energy in the stands. The student section plays a big role in boosting team spirit and creating an unforgettable atmosphere. We asked students at Hughson High what their dream student section theme would be, and here’s what they had to say.
To start off, Adrian Andrade, a senior, explained what his dream theme would be, and let’s just say it’s a little silly. Adrian says, “a clown theme would be very cool, and everyone would wear wigs and have different colored hair and it would be really funny.” Julia Daniels, a junior, told us, “bikers vs. surfers, like Teen Beach Movie!” Julia then goes on to explain she always sees videos on it, “and it would be a very cool theme to do.”
Next, Kelsi Britt, a junior as well, said, “beach theme with a splash zone would be awesome!” She said it would be perfect for the football games when it is still super hot out and, “it would make the games even more fun.” Thanks for a great idea Kelsi! Lastly, Elion Quinteros, a junior, came up with a very cool idea and told us, “Christmas sweaters, like ugly ones or actual ones.” Elion explained the reason for this idea and told us, “it would be a great idea especially for this time because it is almost Christmas, and during playoffs it is freezing at night, we would be warm and in the holiday spirit.”
Each of these themes brings a unique characteristic to the student section, showing just how creative and spirited Hughson Huskies can be. These dream themes reflect the diverse interests and passions of our student body. What’s your dream student section theme?
